Every original painting from Zenart Studio ships free, worldwide.

How your painting is packed
Each painting is prepared by the artist personally. Larger works are rolled and shipped in a rigid protective tube, ready to be stretched or framed on arrival. Smaller works ship flat in reinforced packaging. Every painting travels with its Certificate of Authenticity and the artist's original signature.

Processing and delivery times
Your painting is packed and handed to the courier within 3 to 5 business days of your order. Delivery within Singapore typically takes 2 to 5 business days. International delivery typically takes 7 to 21 business days, depending on destination and customs processing. You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your painting ships.

Customs and import duties
International orders may attract customs duties or import taxes set by your country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the price.

If your painting arrives damaged
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the artwork and packaging. We will make it right with a full refund or a replacement painted with the same care. No fees apply to damage claims.
