Return Policy

We want your painting to feel right in your space. If it does not, you can return it, whether you are in Singapore or anywhere in the world.

How returns work
You have 14 days from the day your painting arrives to request a return. Write to us through the contact page with your order number and the reason, and we will guide you through the steps.

Conditions
The painting must come back in its original condition and original packaging. Returns are accepted from Singapore and internationally.

Costs
Two costs apply to a return: the return shipping, which you arrange and pay, and a 20% restocking fee deducted from the refund. You receive 80% of the painting price back to your original payment method within 5 business days of the painting passing inspection.

Exceptions
Paintings that arrive damaged are covered in full: report within 48 hours with photos and receive a full refund or replacement, with no restocking fee and no return shipping cost to you. Commissioned paintings are made to order for you and cannot be returned.
