It’s totally up to you, you can choose to create an account or simply checkout as a guest

WHO RUNS ZENART STUDIO AND OUR LOCATION?
Founded by an emerging Artist, Lynnwrain and with her artist friends, ZenArt started our journey with the goal to share our passions for art with our learners and help them grow in confidence, creativity and EQ; to provide a secure platform for artists, fashion lovers, and art collectors to purchase the essential tools, art materials, design patterns & ideas, unique artworks and other accessories at the best quality, best prices and excellent customer service. We're a passionate group based out of Singapore.

WHERE DO OUR PRODUCTS COME FROM?
Zenart partners with merchants, artisans, and manufacturers from all over Asia and Europe. 

WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS DO YOU ACCEPT?
You can pay with all major credit cards, direct bank transfer and accept cash on delivery.

Exclusively to Zenart Studio in Singapore, we accept cash payment on the first session of the art classes or art workshops. 

HOW MY CREDIT CARDS INFO IS PROTECTED?
We use STRIPE INC - payment gateway and PAYPAL for credit cards and paypal payment method. Therefore, when you opt for Credit Card or Paypal Payment to purchase items on our website, all of your cards or paypal account information are encrypted and handled directly by Stripe Inc and Paypal respectively, not come to us.

DO YOU ISSUE CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICATION FOR THE PURCHASED PAINTINGs?
Yes, we do issue the E-Certificate of Authentication for any painting / artwork that you purchase on our website. The certificate states the following:
- The painting's name and dimensions
- The artist's name and the fact that it is an Original hand-made artwork
- The date the painting was created
- The media used
- Signature of Artist as samed as it is signed on the original painting.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
If you don't have a positive experience for ANY reason, we will do WHATEVER it takes to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. Please contact us at hi@zenart.sg , we'll investigate and happily refund or replace your purchase if there're defaults from our manufacturers or suppliers.

IF YOU ARE AN ARTIST, CAN YOU SELL YOUR PAINTINGS ON OUR PLATFORM?
Yes, you can do it. We appreciate your trust. Please send us an email at hi@zenart.sg with Title "Artist Registration" and give us sometime to contact you for the co-operation.
