Workshops General Terms & Conditions

OUR GENERAL T&C of ART EVENTS/WORKSHOPS/CLASSES
  •  Extra charges will be included if there're additional items that are not included in our listed services required by you. Kindly discuss further which items you need additionally with your event manager to have better support.
  • Upon the confirmation of the event, we will send you the invoice for $150.00 deposit as our art equipment moving and staff transport fee if you opted for the event venue at your place (home, office or preferred place) and/or $50.00 deposit as time slots reservation fee if you opted for the event venue at Zenart Studio. (*)
  • Cancellation is only allowed within 2 working days after any payment (deposit or full payment) made and the deposit of SGD150.00 and/or $50; and/or full payment will be refunded to you. The deposit (s) will be forfeited if the cancellation is later than 2 working days after the day of payment made.
  • Daily Registration is available.
  • Venue at Zenart Studio subjects to availability and size of attendants group which is maximum 20 people.  
  • In case you choose the event venue at your place, $150 will be charged. For instance, if you booked the workshop for 10 people, and chosen workshop venue at your home or office, the total package cost would be $650 ($500 + $150), paid $150 in advance as deposit (*), balance amount is $500.00. The balance amount must be paid anytime prior to the event day.
  • Photos will be taken during the lesson (s) / event (s) and some photographs will be posted on our websites, facebook page, by signing up attendees, learners, parents of young learners below 18 years old grant Zenartify, Zenart Studio to use those photographs made public.   • Other Terms and Conditions at our T&C Page remain unchanged
